NQ4U brings the flavours of North Queensland to life with tropical flair. Our open‑air food trailer lets guests watch their meals prepared — sizzling prawns, mango salsa, and regional specialties served with genuine North Queensland hospitality.

Set against a panoramic backdrop, the environment is relaxed, vibrant, and full of local pride. Every dish celebrates the region’s lifestyle, creating a unique experience that’s both delicious and distinctly North Queensland.

NQ4U is a mobile food trailer designed to bring the flavours of North Queensland directly to the community. Instead of a fixed venue, our “space” is wherever the people are — markets, events, festivals, and even the top of Castle Hill, one of Townsville's most iconic natural wonders.

Our trailer features an open‑window service design, so guests can see the ingredients, sizzling grills, and tropical dishes being prepared right in front of them.

When customers arrive, they can expect a relaxed, outdoor environment with plenty of fresh air, friendly service, and the energy of a local event. It’s casual, colourful, and full of regional pride — the kind of place where you can grab incredible food, have a chat, and enjoy the atmosphere around you.
